I’m a parent
You want help for your child, or for yourself as a parent. Parents are part of the journey in our youth academy, with their own groups and resources.
I’m a young person
You are between 12 and 19 and want to understand your emotions, grow in character and become a leader.
I’m an adult
You want to understand your anger, break unhealthy patterns and grow, on your own or with your spouse.
I’m a church leader
You want training for your leaders and ministry teams, or a Keeping Your Cool program in your church.
I’m a school or organization
You serve young people, families or a community and want to offer the program to them.
I want to become a facilitator
You want to be trained and certified to lead Keeping Your Cool groups and classes.
I want to bring KYC to my organization
