For organizations
Bring Keeping Your Cool to your church, school or organization.
We don’t just teach anger management. We give organizations a complete, faith-based way to carry this work to their own people.
Churches, schools, nonprofits and community organizations can license the Keeping Your Cool program in three ways, depending on how much of it they want to run themselves.
Ways to partner
Three ways to bring the program to your people.
Each option comes at its own price point. The difference is who runs the program day to day.
Option 1 · Materials license
Our materials, your classes.
- Best for
- Churches and organizations hosting classes in person, or groups that already have their own leaders and their own learning platform.
- What you receive
- The lesson documents and teaching videos
- The story behind each lesson: what led us to write it, and why it is taught the way it is
- A license to use the materials with your own people
- Who runs it
- You do, in your own setting.
A materials license does not include certification. You present the content your own way, so it cannot be offered as an official or certified Keeping Your Cool program.
Option 2 · Join the Institute
Your people join our community.
- Best for
- Organizations that want the program for their people without running it.
- What you receive
- Enrollment in the Institute’s online courses and community, at a discounted rate per person
- The program led and supported by the Institute
- Additional training for your local staff
- Who runs it
- We do.
Each participant’s progress stays between them and the Institute. If you want your own oversight and insight, Option 3 is built for that.
Option 3 · Your own platform
Your own learning platform, under your name.
- Best for
- Ministries and organizations that want to run the program themselves, with their own oversight.
- What you receive
- A private online learning platform, branded for your organization
- The Keeping Your Cool courses inside it, presented under your name
- Your own view of how your participants are progressing
- Ministry training from the Institute, and setup and technical training from our technology partner, ThroughLine
- Who runs it
- You do, on a platform built for it.
The platform carries your name. The Keeping Your Cool program names and a small “Powered by EPICS Keeping Your Cool” credit stay with the content.
Certification
Teach it as an official Keeping Your Cool program.
Certification is how the Institute stands behind the way the program is taught. It comes with Options 2 and 3, where we train your people ourselves.
Certified Facilitator
A person trained and approved by the Institute to lead Keeping Your Cool groups and classes.
Certified Program Site
An organization approved to run Keeping Your Cool as an official program, meeting the Institute’s standards for how it is delivered.
A person is certified to facilitate. An organization is approved as a program site. Both are renewed over time, so the program stays true to what it is.
How it is priced
Every partnership is different.
Each option has its own price, shaped by the size of your organization and the number of people you want to reach, so we set it with you rather than publish a list.
Option 3 has two parts. The Institute’s license fee covers the content and the ministry training. ThroughLine charges a one-time fee to set up your platform and train your team to run it.
Your license
Everything is written down.
Every license spells out, plainly:
- What you may use, and for how long
- Whether materials may be adapted or reproduced
- How the Keeping Your Cool name and program names may be used
- Who may teach the program, and whether they are certified
- How the license is renewed, and what happens if its standards are not met
Keeping Your Cool is an educational, faith-based program. It is not psychotherapy and is not a substitute for appropriate medical or mental health treatment, wherever it is taught.
